After working for almost a decade for tech giants in Silicon Valley, I'm back where it all started in my hometown of San Diego.

I have a huge range of creative Swiss Army Knife skills, but Storytelling has always been the constant. I am a writer and coach that loves to uplift and inspire others. I value authenticity and empathy.

 

My dream clients are those that lead with their soul and are willing to grow both personally and professionally.

 

When it comes to my approach, I create a safe container for you to tap into your essence. I wouldn't expect you to do anything I don't which is why I write and teach with infusing your soul essence into everything. Hence my company name, Jessence, infusing the essence of Jess approach. By blending what you want with what you might actually need, I help you remember your true powers. 

 

In my spare time you can find me writing poetry, designing floral arrangements, baking and writing custom fortune cookies, and bribing my dog to model my homemade bandanas.
